MEET THE team.
MORGAN ZWICKER
Born and raised in Lunenburg County, Morgan Zwicker is the Director and President of Eastern Acres Developments Ltd. With deep family roots on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, Morgan brings both local insight and a broad range of life experience to his role in leading the company.
Before establishing his career in real estate and development, Morgan pursued an eclectic path — from studying neuroscience, to performing as a professional musician, to operating a food truck business, and even competing in a national tech start-up competition. These diverse experiences sharpened his skills in perseverance, problem-solving, marketing, and networking — all of which now serve him well in the fast-paced world of real estate development.
Since 2020, Morgan has dedicated himself to building a career that combines his entrepreneurial drive with his passion for real estate. In addition to holding his Associate Broker license and leading The Zwicker Group with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Morgan is deeply involved in land subdivisions, new construction, and development projects through Eastern Acres. His hands-on experience with both long-term and short-term rental investments gives him a practical understanding of the market, allowing him to guide projects with vision and practicality.
At Eastern Acres Developments, Morgan is committed to shaping communities through thoughtful planning, quality construction, and a forward-looking approach to real estate investment. When not immersed in development projects, he enjoys writing and playing music or exploring the many trails and beaches that make Nova Scotia’s South Shore such a special place to call home.
